We ask that all potential new puppy buyers answer these questions, so that we may be able to better understand what you are looking for in a Doberman Puppy. Our form is a standard questionnaire and has become a standard practice of ours, to have each and every potential buyer fill one out. We have tried to make this questionnaire as easy and as painless as possible, yet still provide us with enough information, that will help us get an idea about what your wanting in your next family member and what puppy will best fit your lifestyle. This questionnaire is only the standard questions and more questions may need to be asked at a later time.

Please understand we do not give, sell nor transfer your personal information to anyone, unless we get permission by you to do so. This information is for our records only.

When you fill out this questionnaire be sure to answer all questions as all questions are require to be a valid questionnaire and to be kept by us. If some of the questions do not pertain to you, please use "N/A" to answer those questions.
